Environmental Approvals
Western Australia is home to some of the world’s most unique and precious flora and fauna, with eight of Australia’s 15 declared biodiversity hotspots in our State.
Environmental approval processes are essential to make sure the energy transition is delivered in such a way that impacts are managed and minimised. The environmental impact of new projects is regulated by both State and Commonwealth legislation. Through this thorough and balanced approach, new projects can be developed in harmony with our unique landscapes.
